Big Louis Costillo wordt vermoord, en zijn voormalig bodyguard Tony Camonte wordt opgepakt. Aangezien Costillo's lichaam nooit wordt gevonden wordt hij weer vrijgelaten, al verdenken ze Johnny Lovo ervan dat hij Tony betaald heeft om Big Louis uit de weg te ruimen.
