De jonge Anton, die dagen en nachten op zijn kamertje blijft om zijn gehoor te folteren met hallucinante muziek, gaat op Halloween-avond zijn vrienden opzoeken om een voorraad marihuana in te slaan. Wanneer hij de ochtend van Halloween terug thuiskomt, is het daar onheilspellend stil. Anton ontdekt dat zijn beide ouders vermoord zijn en dat hun onthoofde lichamen gebruikt zijn als Halloween-decoratie. Wanneer hij zijn vrienden Mick en Pnub gaat opzoeken, verneemt Anton dat er in hun stad verschillende mysterieuze moorden gepleegd zijn. Stilaan dringt het tot Anton door dat hijzelf wel eens voor de moorden verantwoordelijk zou kunnen zijn, want zijn eigen rechterhand blijkt namelijk over een eigen, bloeddorstig willetje te beschikken.
